Yeah, it is mid September. Kids are back in daycare; I am back at school and the leaves are starting to turn...but not long ago, it was August and I was supposed to have TONS of time on my hands. ::snort::
I didn't take many photos, but here is a recap.
The boys have finally found the T.V. This falls into the good and bad category, but I admit it is nice that it keeps their attention for at least 15 minutes a day. Yo Gabba Gabba seems to be a favorite.
I took these photos because I realized when I put these shirts on them, that they said 6-12 months on the tag. Yes, they are little guys, but they are mostly wearing 12-18 in pants and 18-24 in shirts, but some of either can be too big or two small depending on the brand. Here they are wearing them last year! Last year
They really like Daddy (here they are knocking on the door yelling for Daddy in the bathroom). We are still not big talkers around here, but that is one word they really know well. Kian is so cute. He likes to say, "Da da dee." They both say, "Daddy" when they hear the (or any) lawn mower. They are obsessed with that thing.
Bob and I went on a short trip to Vegas with our friends the Martins and the Steinkes. I might post more here (or for sure on Facebook) but here are a couple photos of the ladies. It was our first trip away from the boys, so it was a little hard getting into the mindset, but it was good to recharge the battery too. We flew back in the day before I had to go back to work, so it was a great way to transition to taking them to daycare too.
Grandma and Grandpa were worn out when we got home though. :-D
Finally, taking us into September, we went to the State Fair. We were not sure how it was going to go. Last year they were angels while we were there. This year, we knew that it could go either way. Once again, we lucked out and had a blast!
