(that is....Double Income No Kids) is that we are able to travel. Those who know me, know that I really want children and they also know that may not happen for us, but one of the few consolations is that we can travel.,,and I LOVE to travel. Bob didn't when we first met, but now he is almost as passionate about travel as I am!
Now, Europe has been out of the question for a while (Bob is the "rational" and frugal one), but since our friends moved to London for 12 to 18 months, we thought we would take advantage of their stay and go in Nov. We loved it so much, even Bob was on board for a 2nd trip this summer. So, I can't believe it, but I am planning another trip. 16 days (14 there)!!!! This time we are looking at Ireland for a few days, London/England for a few more and possible another quick trip somewhere that has a good Ryan Air deal. It looks like we could fly to Oslo or Stockholm for just a few pounds (gotta love deregulated air travel in Europe!).
My cousin and his wife moved to China recently, so if the child thing doesn't happen for us, hopefully we will be able to take advantage of their four years there, and crash at their pad for a couple weeks in the next few years!
Here is a layout about my travel goals! I want to be a world traveler. I am finally on my way towards that goal!
